1. เมื่อได้รับกระเป๋า แนะนำให้เปิดกล่องและนำน้องออกมาทันที เพื่อให้หนังได้มีอากาศถ่ายเท ไม่ร้อนอับจนเกินไป และไม่เสียทรงค่ะ
2. พยายามจับหนังด้วยมือที่สะอาด และทําความสะอาดหนังทันทีหากมีรอยเลอะ
3. วิธีการทําความสะอาดหนังแท้อย่างง่าย คือ การใช้ผ้าชุบน้ำเย็น บิดให้หมาดแล้วเช็ดเบาๆบริเวณที่มีรอยเปื้อนหรือมีฝุ่น
4. สามารถทําความสะอาดด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ทําความสะอาดหนังแท้โดยเฉพาะได้ หากมีรอยเปื้อนใหญ่ที่ทําความสะอาดด้วยน้ำไม่ออก
5. คราบฝังลึกบางคราบจะไมสามารถเช็ด หรือ ทําความสะอาดออกได้ เช่น หมึกปากกา หรือ ลิปสติกสีเข้มเป็นต้น
6. หนังของเรามีความสามารถในการกันน้ำได้ระดับหนึ่ง เช่นการโดนละอองฝน หรือโดนน้ำหยดใส่เล็กน้อย แต่ธรรมชาติของหนังแท้จะไม่สามารถกันน้ำได้ 100% ดังนั้นควรดูแลไม่ให้กระเป๋าเปียกน้ำ หากโดนให้รีบเช็ดให้แห้งทันที
7. แอลกอฮอล์ทุกชนิดจะทําร้ายหนังแท้ เมื่อโดน สีของหนังจะด่างทันที ดังนั้นห้ามฉีดสเปรย์แอลกอฮอลห์ หรือนํามาเช็ดโดนหนังกระเป๋าโดยเด็ดขาด
8. เมื่อไม่ได้ใช้กระเป๋า ให้ใช้กระดาษดันทรงที่เราให้มา ใส่กลับลงด้านใน เพื่อกันไม่ให้กระเป๋าเสียทรง และให้กระเป๋าคงรูปสวยอยู่เสมอ
9. ควรเก็บกระเป๋าในที่แห้ง และอากาศถ่ายเท ไม่ร้อนหรือชื้นจนเกินไป

กระเป๋าทุกใบก่อนการจัดส่ง ได้มีการตรวจเช็คว่ามีสภาพสมบูรณ์ 100% ดังนั้นสินค้าที่ได้มีการชำระเงินและส่งถึงที่แล้ว ทางเราจะไม่รับคืนในกรณีใดๆ นอกจากจะเป็นการชำรุดของอะไหล่ สามารถแจ้งเปลี่ยนได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับของนะคะ

1. Handle with Clean Hands - Always handle your bag with clean hands and wipe away any stains as soon as possible.
2. For Regular Cleaning - Use a soft, damp cloth with cold water (no soap) to gently wipe the surface. Allow the bag to dry completely before storing.
3. For Deeper Cleaning - Use only a leather cleaner specifically formulated for genuine leather.
4. Water Resistance - Our leather is water-resistant to some extent, but not fully waterproof. Please avoid using your Reina bag in heavy rain or submerging it in water.
5. Avoid Tough Stains - Stains such as pen ink or lipstick may be permanent. Take care to avoid contact with these substances.
6. No Alcohol-Based Products - Alcohol can cause discoloration. Do not spray or allow alcohol-based products to soak into the leather.
7. Maintain the Shape - When not in use, keep your bag in shape by stuffing it with the provided paper insert.
8. Proper Storage - To maintain your bag’s quality, store it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space. Our dust bag provides the ideal protection.

Quality & Returns - Each Reina bag is carefully inspected before shipping. We reserve the right to decline returns unless a hardware defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
